Hello,

 

My name is Adele.

 

My first passion is dress making and pattern drafting. I have a degree in Fashion with garment technology and have previously worked as a garment technologist for high street retailers and manufacturers.

 

Although a lot of my time is currently taken up by retraining to become a Design Technology teacher, I am starting to find the time to try new crafts and develop my pattern making skills. More recently I have discovered a keen interest in embroidery and hand sewing. This is more than likely due to my time working at Sewing Quarter and along with designers, such as Lucy Brennan and Victoria Peat, to name but a few.
